This series explores several generations and how they are growing and changing. This conversation began almost 20 years ago as we anticipated the influx of millennials. Our trophy generation has influenced the workplace for better and worse; it has taught us to be kinder and more collaborative. Generation Xers have mothered, frustrated and soothed both the hard baby boomers and the soft millennials. And the baby boomers have pushed us to the limits of risk and fear and frustration.
